Ryssota ovum, the muffin snail, is a species of large air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Helicarionidae. It is endemic to the Philippines, where it is known locally as bayuku or bayoko. It is edible and is considered a delicacy.
